**2022 Trash Update** Unfortunately, now Republic is saying there isn’t a special pickup this week. It seems everyone who calls is getting a different message. Count on Thursday 12/29 and Friday 12/30 and no fee for extra bags….sorry.

Clay Woods neighbors: We’ve closed the sports court until further notice to slow the spread of COVID-19. Please be safe and practice social distancing while out and about in the neighborhood.

Happy 2017 Claywoods neighbors and homeowners!! We are having our annual HOA meeting next Tuesday January 17th at Schumacher at 6:30pm in the library.

We will be reviewing our 2016 financials and budget as well as 2017 budget. The goal of our annual meeting is to review financials as well as answer any questions or needs from the homeowners.

Please keep in mind we are always looking for volunteers to serve on the HOA board.

Claywoods Homeowners: There was a home robbery reported in our neighborhood on Redwood Drive around 9pm, Thursday. Two adult men walked into the house through an open back door while the homeowners were home and upstairs. Robbers left with electronic equipment before police arrived; fortunately, no one was hurt.

This is a good reminder to everyone to ensure that all access points to your home and garage are locked at all times.

Celebrate Back to School at the CLAYWOOD'S NEIGHBORHOOD POOL DIVE IN on Friday, August 14th!!

Please join us at 6:30pm this Friday, August 14th at Clay Woods Pool for food, drinks, swimming, and fellowship with your neighbors! At 8:30pm the pool deck will transform into a dive-in movie featuring DOLPHlN TALE 2!!

6:30pm-FREE Hot Dogs and drinks
8:30pm-FREE dive-in movie & popcorn (other concessions available for purchase)

Swim the night away, enjoy the movie, or both! We hope to see you there!

HOA Improvement Update: The maintenance to the bottom of the pool has been completed and the pool is back open. The water may be a little cloudy, but it is safe to swim in.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope the bottom of the pool is a little friendlier on the feet.

Also, the landscaping company might be finishing up some landscaping around the entrance to the pool. Please excuse the mess while they finish up.
