We wrapped up our Kindergarten Color Days, kicked off football season by celebrating our Chiefs, and enjoyed an awesome visit from the middle school band. Friday’s pep rally in the bus loop brought plenty of energy, excitement, and school spirit!

We’d also like to give a special thank-you to Ms. Deborah (Mrs. Norris’ 5th grade class mascot) for stopping by the library to check out our 9/11 remembrance book display. We’re pretty sure she was the most well-behaved visitor!

It’s been a week full of learning, memories, music, spirit, and community. We love being Trailblazers! 💙💛

So much happening and it’s only Week 2! Color Days for Kindergarten, 3rd-5th graders already rockin’ the GKC and Mark Twain Reading Challenge and the 4th grade Egg Drop! The heat may have kept them indoors but that didn’t stop the fun!

We have taken our LC playground to a whole new level and cannot wait for you to enjoy it. Our staff is working hard trying it all out just to make sure it’s ready for you!

Trailblazers - A change is coming to LC’s backyard for the 26/27 school year 🙌

:Bond Funded ADA accessible 0-entry play ground (enhanced by our PTA funded play ground a few years ago) 🛝, :new swings , new basketball hoops 🏀, music and memory 🎶
:3 year PTA Goal to enhance our soccer field ⚽️
:Inside, bond funded updated restrooms coming our way!
