Speed work before the rain.

Speed work Saturday! A few things we learned today:
1. 200 meters is farther than it should be.
2. James is WAY faster than the rest of us.
3. The Liberty Stake Spanish Sister Missionaries are pretty cool.

Speed work this morning at the Heritage Middle School track. A big thank you to Seth for warming us up and to James for pacing us on our speed work.

Here is the route for tomorrow and most Tuesday/Thursday runs. We will try and change it up on Saturdays. This is a 3.2 mile route that most of you are already familiar with. Warm up before and the Start at 624 Taylor Drive at 6:30 am. You can choose the 1, 2, or 3 mile route. If you use MapMyRun, the route is public and is called Liberty Run Club. We should be finished right around 7:00 am. I will be going slow on this initial run-9:00-9:30 minute miles.

New t-shirt design for Summer 2024 is available now! This will be a 100% Polyester running shirt in Heather Gray-Unisex sizing. These are available for $15 each-local pickup. If shipping is needed, a quote will be provided.

We will start our outdoor Summer sessions beginning June 4th at 6:30 AM! Get those shoes cleaned up, shake the rust off, and get ready to run! Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays throughout the Summer.

Come join us in giving back to start the holiday season. We will be collecting food items for the Little Pantries in Liberty. This is a relaxed fun run/walk around the Northwyck Park neighborhood. We will meet on the Northeast side of Northwyck Park.
