July marks the start of Disability Pride Month! Our union celebrates the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act passage and the incredible dedication of activists who helped get it passed.

The theme for 2026 is “The World Works Better With Us,” highlighting all of the ways our communities benefit when we include, respect and support Americans with disabilities.
