Happy 15 Year Anniversary Theresa!!!!

💛 Celebrating 15 Years of Theresa 💛
Today we celebrate an incredible milestone — 15 years of dedication, love, and leadership from our amazing Director, Theresa!
For 15 years, Theresa has poured her heart into Happy Trails Learning Center. She has been so much more than a Director. She has been a leader, mentor, problem-solver, encourager, and a steady presence for countless children, families, and teachers who have walked through our doors.
Childcare is more than a job—it takes patience, compassion, true sacrifice, and a genuine love for children. Theresa has given all of that and so much more. Through busy days, challenging seasons, celebrations, changes, and years of precious memories, she has continued to show up and give her very best to Happy Trails.

Fifteen years means thousands of little hugs, countless conversations with parents, teachers encouraged, children comforted, problems solved, milestones celebrated, and lives touched!

Theresa, thank you for loving Happy Trails as your own. Thank you for believing in our teachers, caring for our families, and always keeping our children at the heart of what you do. We are incredibly grateful for your loyalty, your dedication, and the many years you have given to helping make Happy Trails the special place it is today.

🎉 Happy 3-Year Work Anniversary! 🎉

Today, we’re celebrating three wonderful years with one of our sweetest infant room teachers, Mrs.Megan!

Your patience, gentle heart, kindness and loving care make such a difference in the lives of our babies and their families.

Thank you for every cuddle, smile, diaper change, feeding, and comforting moment that you pour into children daily. We are so grateful for your dedication and blessed to have you as part of the Happy Trails family. Here’s to many more amazing years together!!
