5th/6th grade FOOTBALL!!!

5th/6th practice will run from 6:15 to 7:45 Monday - Thursday with encouragement to attend home logger games Friday nights.

1st practice is Monday the 24th, same as 1st day of school.

1st day will be parents meeting, gear check out, and playbook hand out.

All players have to have a physical turned into the school and pay the player fee.

Dear LMHS Parents,

With fall sports starting next week, we want to ensure all athletes are eligible to participate as quickly as possible. As a reminder, just because a sports physical was completed and documents were uploaded into Arbiter does not mean that they have been approved. Please upload your athletes' sports physicals into Arbiter as soon as possible as they are currently being reviewed for completion and errors. Please contact your athlete's coach first for specifics on why a sports physical was not approved.

During the sports physicals day on Thurs. 8/6/26, 129 athletes were seen for free sports physicals (thank you to CHC medical providers and staff for a great service!). We currently have 116 students registered in Arbiter. We have 9 sports offered during the fall and only 46 physicals have been uploaded thus far and 14 have incomplete paperwork and are "Not Approved" in Arbiter. Please do not delay uploading sports physicals into Arbiter as this may delay your athlete being able to participate on the first day of practice or longer.

Parents of student athletes PLEASE READ and be prepared for fall activities!!!

With the upcoming fall sports season coming up shortly, we just want to remind parents of student - athletes that all sports physical forms must be filled out completely – do not leave any sections blank as this may delay final approval to begin fall sports.
Please note the following:
Any health history questions answered “Yes” must have an explanation written in the Additional
Information section and be discussed with the medical provider doing the exam. A note by the provider should be written on the Provider’s Physical Examination Form addressing each of the questions answered “Yes” with a plan in place to address issues as needed.

All forms must be signed by parent/guardian, athlete, and/or medical provider in the appropriate spots.

The Interim Medical Form is only completed by parent/guardian &; athletes and not the medical
provider. If an athlete who is in 9 th -12 th grade had a new sports physical done for school year 2025/2026 they will need to fill out an Interim Medical Form for this year. If they did not have a sports physical last year, they will need a new sports physical this year. All middle school, 9 th , 11 th , and transfers will need a new sports physical.

Fill out all sections of the MHSA Confidential Athletic Preparticipation Physical Examination and
Provider’s Physical Examination Form – do not leave any sections unanswered!

Dates for upcoming sports physicals:
8/6 (Thurs) 9am-1pm at LMHS
8/13 (Thurs) 10am-12pm at Troy Activities Center
8/19 (Wed) 10a-1p at Libby Memorial Center

Fill each form out completely!!!
Don’t leave anything blank!!!

Once you have the physical you must upload it to Arbiter. This information is attached in a photo.

Our Fall Activities Parents Meeting is set for Wednesday, August 12th at 7pm. Please have arbiter filled out before the parents meeting.
