If horses, livestock, rodeo, FFA, 4-H, agriculture or ranch life are a big part of your senior’s story, I want to photograph it!

Not just a few photos in a field wearing a cowboy hat.

I’m talking about bringing the horse they love, the livestock they’ve worked with, their FFA jacket, 4-H projects, buckles, tack, trailer, whatever actually represents their life

I’m currently looking for a limited number of seniors to create more western/agriculture-focused work for my portfolio, so I’m offering a special discounted price for sessions that fit.

August 6th is CHC Sports Physicals Day at LMHS in the Gym (Corrected Info)

(See time slots below, which are alphabetical by last name.)

REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICAL:
**Either the parent/guardian must come with their child to the LMHS Gym for the physical,
**OR the parent/guardian must fill out and sign the permission slip AND fill out the questionnaire part of the physical itself with their child, and both parent and child must sign the physical form. The child must then bring both forms when they arrive to get their sports physical completed by CHC on August 6th.

Sports Physical Time Slots by Last Name:
A–F: 9:00–10:30 AM
G–L: 10:30 AM–12:30 PM
M–R: 1:00–2:30 PM
S–Z: 2:30–4:00 PM

All athletes must also be registered on Arbiter with physicals uploaded (Visit arbiter.io, click Login, choose "For Families/Students" our school is listed as Libby Middle/High School). Must use a personal email address, not a school email to create accounts. A complete registration form must be filled out and submitted. There will be space to upload your physical during the registration on Arbiter. The school does not need a copy of your sports physical, but we can help walk you through the registration process if you need assistance or WiFi access.

LMHS Registration is now open Online for returning students and for incoming 7th graders from LES. To complete registration, log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal, select "More" under the Menu, and select "Online Registration Libby." Then, under "Existing Student Registration" click the "Start" button. Even if your student is entering 7th grade from LES, use the "Existing Student" application, as they are already in our system.

All of your children who were enrolled in the district at the end of last school year should be included in the application, so you only have to submit one application for all.

Semester Tests Schedule June 4th & 5th

High school students will be on a modified semester test block schedule on Thursday, June 4th and Friday, June 5th (half day/last day before summer break).

If you don't have a test during one or more blocks:

**10th - 11th Graders: Do NOT need to be at school for the blocks they don't have tests. They do NOT need a parent/guardian to excuse them.

**9th Graders: 9th grade students have all their final exams on Thursday. They do not have tests on Friday, and therefore have Friday off unless they have Integrated Math (only a couple of 9th graders do--most have Algebra), or they missed an exam Thursday and worked out a plan with their teacher to make up their test on Friday. (Most 9th grade students' last day before summer break will be Thursday!)

Test Schedules are available in the front office and on Parent Square.
