Congratulations to Scarlett McChesney, recipient of the 2026 Rotary Club of Lawrenceburg scholarship! Scarlett is a student from Anderson County High School and is enrolled in the Bluegrass College Academy program at BCTC Lawrenceburg, a two-year dual credit program that allows high school juniors and seniors to attend full-time, completing both their high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree by graduation.
