Hey y'all 👋🏽 My name Milcah and I'm your treasurer this year! I am a 2L from Lawrenceburg, KY. I am passionate about making BLSA a safe space for students. I'm looking forward to meeting all the incoming 1L's and reuniting with my 2L and 3L friends.

Hi! My name is Chantell Coefield and I am Secretary of BLSA.
I’m a 2L, and passionate about family law. I’m so excited to contribute to BLSA this school year and I’m looking forward to getting to know the incoming 1Ls!

My name is Kenneth (Kenny/KJ) Trotter Jr, I’m a rising 3L and I’ll be serving as the Vice President of BLSA this year.

I can’t wait to meet the incoming 1Ls. The goal for this year is to continue to create a safe space where we can have fun, get to know one another, as well as grow professionally. We have an amazing executive board with exciting events to come!

My name is Steven Sterlin, and I am honored to serve as President of the B.L.S.A chapter at The University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.

On behalf of the Executive Board, we are excited to work with the current student body at the law school as well as the incoming first-year law students. We hope to continue to foster an environment that promotes individual growth and community development within our school and our community.

I am eager to serve and lead by transparency, kindness, and support. I am a true believer that one's character is defined by how they treat others. Be prepared for an amazing school year! I am ready to have the best year yet of my life. Who's with me?!

BLSA and LLSA would like to cordially invite you to our 2nd Annual BLSA & LLSA Spring Banquet on Friday, April 1, from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Lyric Theater & Cultural Arts Center. We are honored to have Kentucky State Representative Attica Scott and activist Hannah Drake as our keynote speakers this year.

The banquet is free to those who paid their dues for the entire year or this Spring 2022 semester, you will just need to fill out the RSVP form. For students interested in attending who are not BLSA affiliated, the cost is $15. For faculty, attorneys, and community members it is $35. Dinner is included in your ticket.

All ticket payments can be made to BLSA Treasurer, Sterling Crayton. Payments can be made via cash/check made payable to UK BLSA, Venmo (), or Cashapp ($SterlingCrayton). We had 31 diverse prospective law students from across the state join us for this day! Prospective law students also got to enjoy a student panel, lunch with current students, a mock class taught by Prof. Connelly, and they got to meet Dean Davis and Dean Murphy.
