Yesterday’s session was a powerful return to the body and spirit.

Rooted and Rising: Grounding the Spirit Through Breath, Movement, and Ancestral Intention” was more than a class — it was a sacred pause.
We moved gently, breathed deeply, and called in the wisdom of those who walked before us. Through mindful Capoeira-inspired flow and ritual, we created a space of joy, presence, and restoration.

No experience was needed — only the willingness to show up as you are.
