Grand Rising, beloveds,

Yesterday’s session was a powerful return to the body and spirit.

Rooted and Rising: Grounding the Spirit Through Breath, Movement, and Ancestral Intention” was more than a class — it was a sacred pause.
We moved gently, breathed deeply, and called in the wisdom of those who walked before us. Through mindful Capoeira-inspired flow and ritual, we created a space of joy, presence, and restoration.

No experience was needed — only the willingness to show up as you are.

Asé to everyone who joined with open hearts and curious spirits.
The energy we shared is still echoing. Stay tuned for the next offering
