Bluegrass Career Services is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Job Coach/Career Specialist to serve a small caseload. If you are interested in a rewarding job working with individuals with disabilities, then this is the job for you! The position is part-time with flexible hours and the rate of pay is between $16-$19 an hour, depending on experience. Entry level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

Small caseload management to include writing notes/reports

Assist clients with disabilities to find and maintain employment

Provide job coaching services with interviews, starting and maintaining employment

On occasion, transport clients to and from job sites for interviews and employment opportunities

Conduct interview preparation and career readiness trainings/classes for clients

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Drug Test
Background check
Valid Driver's License
Vehicle in good working condition with car insurance
Computer skills
Communication skills

Scarefest 2021!

This was such a beautiful day on the water! I am so sad that we are back in the red zone but also happy as a fully vaccinated team that next week we will revamp our calendars, to be still out and about, in beautiful KY but again, without walls!

Our plan is either private booked venues or the great outdoors …and like always…

when life throws lemons we make the best and throw in a lime and an orange and keep trucking safely! I am so ready for some exploration of what all the KY roads hold for us in this still weird isolating time!

I am sad for those who are still home bound and we are working so hard to have you back out of your walls of home!

We also know that safety is first! If you need interaction and assistance call us! We are here to help! Even if it means connecting you with services out side of ADt!

In the mean time, know we are working to get everyone back to a fun and active normalcy and that it’s all of us in the world fighting this virus and it’s not just you! We all want this to be over but there are things that can make it better now.
