DID YOU KNOW? 👀🤔

Many of the costumes you see on the Bluegrass Youth Ballet stage are handmade right here at BYB! 🧵🩰

For Alebrijes - Pedro’s Magical Spirit Creatures, our incredible costuming team took it a step further: each of the colorful Alebrije unitards is hand-painted! 🎨✨

From sewing and alterations to painting, embellishing, and finishing touches, our dedicated costuming team creates all of BYB’s costumes in-house.

It takes creativity, craftsmanship, and a LOT of behind-the-scenes work to bring these magical creatures to life! 🦋🐟🦜🌈

Swipe to see the artistry behind the magic!

Thank you, White, Greer & Maggard Ortho, for your continued support as Bluegrass Youth Ballet’s Premier Season Sponsor! 💙

White, Greer & Maggard Ortho uplifts so many youth organizations throughout our community, and we’re incredibly grateful for their investment in BYB and our productions❣️❣️❣️

In the 2025-2026 season, bringing BYB’s professional productions to the stage cost more than $80,000, and that figure doesn’t include the incredible team of teachers and staff who provide the high-quality instruction, rehearsal direction, artistic guidance, and organizational support that make these productions possible.

From costumes and sets to venues, technical production, music, marketing, and so much more, there is a significant investment behind every performance our students bring to the stage. Sponsorships and individual giving help make it possible 🦋

✨ We’re currently seeking sponsors for The Nutcracker, In One Act and Rapunzel!

Interested in helping BYB bring these stories to life? Visit our website or see link in comments below to learn more about sponsorship opportunities and ways to partner with Bluegrass Youth Ballet. 🩰✨
