πŸ„ We had a great time at the Sustainability Festival last week educating attendees on inoculation and sending them home with their very own toilet paper inoculation kit, which will grow oyster mushrooms in 3 weeks! Special thanks to the Student Sustainability Council for making our participation possible!

We happened to have some leftover kits, so would love to invite you all to join us for our first meeting of the semester on October 1st at 6pm where we will do some toilet paper inoculation. Also, save the date for October 11th, where we will be having a campus walk with Dr. Gauthier to talk about fungal pathogens! Details coming soon.
