Academies of Frederick Douglass High School At Frederick Douglass High School, we are giving our students an educational experience as innovative, immersive, and engaging as the world around them.

Opened in the fall of 2017, Frederick Douglass High School was designed for an Academy-style education from the ground up. Each Academy is housed in its own wing and includes top-of-the-line technology and innovative, Academy-specific features designed to elevate hands-on learning.
