What an AMAZING year it has been at ACE! 💙💛

Today we celebrated our final day of school, cheered on our incredible 5th graders during their promotion ceremony, and watched them take their final walk through the halls as ACE students. It was a day filled with smiles, hugs, happy tears, and so many special memories.

To our 5th graders: thank you for your leadership, kindness, and the impact you’ve made on our school. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all the great things you’ll accomplish in middle school and beyond.

What an absolutely amazing Fun Day today at Athens-Chilesburg Elementary! The weather was perfect, the energy was high, and everyone had the absolute best time celebrating.

A huge celebration like this takes a village, and we want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who made it possible:

Thank you to our amazing PTA for sponsoring the bounce houses from Big Bounce Nation Inflatables and Party Rentals, the pizza lunch, Hoop Lexington, and the Bearded Brothers photo booth!

Thank you to Forcht Bank for sending the Popsicle Truck to help everyone cool down with a sweet treat!

Thank you to Mr. Crisp for organizing and running such fun games for our students!

Thank you to all of our incredible staff and wonderful parent volunteers who worked hard to keep everything running safely and smoothly.

Today was filled with endless smiles and laughs, making it the perfect way to kick off our final days of school. Thank you again to everyone who made today a huge success for our Eagles!

Today, the halls of ACE were filled with pride, memories, and a few happy tears as we welcomed back the Class of 2026 for their Senior Grad Walk. It was an honor to cheer them on as they took this special walk back through the place where it all started.

What an amazing and eventful week at Athens-Chilesburg Elementary! We officially wrapped up the school year with some of our absolute favorite traditions, and our hearts are so full.

Here is a look back at how we celebrated our wonderful students this week:

Final House Assembly and Talent Show: We witnessed some incredible student talent and officially crowned our 2025–2026 House Champions... ISIBINDI! Congratulations to the House of Courage on a spectacular year!

Kindergarten Promotion: Today we celebrated our littlest Eagles as they took the big step toward first grade. There were so many smiles and proud families in the building!

The Senior Walk: We wrapped up Friday by welcoming back our former Eagles, who are now graduating high school seniors, to walk our halls one last time in their caps and gowns. Seeing where their journey started and where they are going is always the perfect reminder of why we do what we do.
