Fellows started the week hearing from Dr. Jadwiga Biskupska of the U.S. Army War College, who facilitated discussion on "Teaching from Research," pedagogical approaches to World War II, and the challenges of transforming a dissertation into a first book. Hard to believe we're into the Summer Seminar's second half!

Today, Summer Seminar fellows visited the VMI Museum, where one member of the cohort REALLY got into the swing of things! In the barracks room exhibit, USAF Lt. Col. Joe Eanett '07 and Cadet Jacob Tinsley '29 outfitted Kaylie McCarthy for winter parade.
