Students learned how to make a positive first impression!
Be on time. Cell phone on silent and put away. Good posture. Clear eye contact. Smile!
Students also learned how to navigate a buffet food line and eat with nice table manners.
No matter your age or profession, learning etiquette is a valueable life skill!

Did you know that business etiquette training is trending?! Why? We live in a highly competitive world and when there is a way to help gain new clients and keep current clients happy, businesses pay attention.
It was a joy to be back with the staff of Dermatology Consultants and recently. Our conversation focused on the value of professional dress, communication with clients, and communication with co-workers. It was an extra bonus to work with one of my favorite people!😊
