Ten years ago, I founded PEAK Global Academy, Inc.

I took a leap into entrepreneurship in Utah in 2015 with a simple goal: build something that mattered.

Along the way, I launched multiple businesses. Some succeeded beyond my expectations. Others failed and taught me lessons no classroom ever could.

Those experiences inspired me to create PEAK Global Academy, a community dedicated to helping entrepreneurs break through obstacles, gain clarity, and build businesses with purpose.

Today, I have the privilege of coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs every month through my live Zoom coaching sessions. We focus on practical strategies, leadership, sales, marketing, investing, and building systems that create long-term success.

Through The PEAK Fund, Inc., our nonprofit arm, we are continuously providing capital to small businesses and startups around the world. These are often brilliant founders who lack the financial backing to bring their ideas to life. We step in to bridge that gap, offering capital to launch, scale, and sustain their businesses.

We are now consistently connecting emerging local entrepreneurs not only in Haiti, but also across Africa, Europe, Central and South America, Asia, the Caribbean, and here in the United States. Every week, we meet individuals who are building something meaningful in their communities, people who have the vision, the discipline, and the drive, but who simply need the right ecosystem to grow.

Our model transforms investments into long-term partnerships. Through structured financial agreements and shared ownership strategies, we remain committed to the growth and success of the businesses and communities we support. This allows us to continue providing social capital, networking access, business development resources, and financial guidance throughout the journey.

What makes our approach unique is the cycle of reinvestment. As businesses grow and succeed, returns are reinvested into future entrepreneurs, local economic development initiatives, and underserved communities around the world. Every time you quit on something you were meant to finish, something deep inside of you starts to shift.

It doesn’t seem like much at first, just a break, a delay, a decision to “try again later.”

But then it happens again.
And again.
Until one day, your mind starts to believe the lie that quitting is who you are.

It becomes a pattern. A comfort zone.
And without even realizing it, you begin to lower the standard for your own life.

But let this be your wake-up call:
Quitting doesn’t get you closer to your dream. Finishing does.

The vision you had wasn’t random.
The calling you feel is still yours.
And the goal you started with is still worth completing.

Those who rise to greatness aren’t the ones who never struggle.
They’re the ones who refuse to let struggle define them.

So today—don’t quit.
Not this time. Not again.
Finish what you were meant to finish.

Your future self is watching.
Make them proud.

The Greatest Lie We Tell Ourselves:
“I need to feel ready before I act.”

Let’s set the record straight:
That idea — that you need to feel ready before you take the leap — is the very thing that’s keeping you stuck.

We wait.
We analyze.
We doubt.
We replay the worst-case scenarios in our heads like a broken record, convincing ourselves that “someday” we’ll be ready.

But someday is not a day on the calendar.
It’s a myth. A distraction.
And it’s costing you time, energy, purpose… and your calling.

The truth?

👉 Readiness is a result of action, not a prerequisite.
👉 Clarity comes from movement, not from meditation.
👉 Confidence is built in motion, not in silence.

Of course you don’t feel ready — you haven’t done it yet.
No one feels ready to step into the unknown.
No one feels confident before they’ve proven to themselves that they can survive discomfort.
That’s not fear — that’s growth knocking at your door.

If you wait to feel ready, you’ll wait forever.
You’ll miss opportunities.
You’ll shrink your vision.
You’ll settle for a life of “what ifs” instead of “I did.”

I’ve learned this the hard way.
Every breakthrough I’ve had, every door that’s opened, every dream that’s come to life — it all began the moment I acted before I felt ready.
I stumbled. I learned. I adjusted.
But most importantly, I moved.

And you can too.

Start the business.
Make the call.
Speak up.
Write the book.
Post the video.
Apply for the role.
Ask the question.
Take the leap.

Do the thing.
The feeling of readiness will meet you on the other side.
But you’ve got to move first.

The PEAK Fund Inc.

10 years ago, I launched my very first coaching program in my home country of Haiti, and since then, it has grown into a global movement through PEAK Life Coaching and The PEAK Fund Inc. — with nothing but a vision to empower people to rise, grow, and transform.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of investing in and coaching over 7,000 individuals every year, locally and across the globe. From one-on-one mentorships to group workshops, from youth empowerment to professional development, I’ve walked alongside men, women, young adults, and entire institutions on their journey to breakthrough and success.

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the craft of coaching, earning multiple certifications, completing thousands of hours of training. Today, I proudly serve as a Professional Certified Life Coach, equipped to lead others through real growth . But more than titles, what drives me is transformation. Watching people awaken to their purpose, take back their power, and become who they were born to be. That’s the real reward.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. And the mission continues worldwide today through my organization
