August Staff Pick: The Shadowhunter Chronicles by Cassandra Clare

"New York is the city that never sleeps β€” but evil spirits, angels, warlocks, faeries and shadowhunters don’t need much rest anyway." β€” Kirkus Reviews

"The Shadowhunter Chronicles is perfect for any fantasy lover looking for their next obsession. Cassandra Clare builds a story that spans time and realms packed with action, fierce friendships, slow-burn tension, characters you wish were your real life best friends and twists you'll never see coming. If you love magical worlds, morally

complicated characters and books that will leave you emotionally wrecked, this young adult series belongs on your TBR. Pick up City of Bones to get started today before the last installment of the Shadowhunters universe comes out in November!"
