Art camp fun! Students explored several different mediums while creating cool projects like designing their own skateboards and sticker packs, among other things.

The Seton Star Singers are an of young vocalists. This after-school choir brings together students across multiple grade levels. They participated in Acclaim Music Festival and earned
SUPERIOR ratings from both judges. The Seton Star Singers were named the Overall Outstanding Choir!

At the Acclaim Music Festival, the Seton Middle School Band
earned EXCELLENT ratings from both judges!

The Seton Middle School Band is a dedicated ensemble of 7th and 8th grade musicians who demonstrate impressive commitment and teamwork!

Seton’s kindergarten through 3rd grade students are developing strong phonics and reading skills using UFLI Foundations, an explicit and systematic program designed to teach the foundational skills necessary for proficient reading.

The UFLI program follows a carefully designed scope and sequence to help students build reading and spelling skills with automaticity and confidence. Here, our 3rd grade students are blending sounds and writing words to strengthen the connection between reading and spelling! We love watching their confidence grow!

Seton has adopted Wit & Wisdom as our language arts curriculum. Wit & Wisdom helps students build the knowledge and skills needed to become successful readers, exceptional writers, and effective communicators.

Our halls have been filled with wonderful writing this year! Check out our 2nd graders’ artwork and writing projects on civil rights. We are so proud of their hard work and creativity!

Our teachers have been trained to use Sound Walls to strengthen students’ phonics and reading skills. Sound Walls help students learn how sounds are formed, how they are heard, and how they connect to letters and spelling patterns.

The pictures on the Sound Wall help students see the correct placement of the tongue, teeth, and lips when producing sounds.

We are seeing our Seton Stars grow in their phonemic awareness skills, build stronger connections between sounds and letters, and become more confident readers and writers each day. Look at our kindergarteners putting these skills into action!
