Say it with me...FAFSA...FAFSA...FAFSA. I can not emphasize enough the importance of filing your FAFSA today, if you're planning to attend college next fall and need/want state & federal financial aid (and who doesn't?). The number of filers is at an all-time high and the money will most likely run out before the published filing deadline. Do it today! You do not need to have your 2011 tax return completed before you file with FAFSA, so there is no reason to wait.

Everyone planning on attending college in the fall, including incoming freshmen and returning upper classmen, should have already completed the FAFSA. State and federal student-aid is expected to run out very quickly due to an increasing number of students applying for assistance. If you haven't done so already, drop whatever you're doing, go to www.fafsa.ed.gov, and start filling it out right now!
