Preschool has been talking about all of the ways their class is like a family! They learned that a family cares for one another, works together, and makes special memories together. To celebrate their classroom family, they made Class Family Bracelets and created their very own Classroom Family Candy Salad! Each child brought in their favorite candy to share, and they mixed them all together to make one sweet treat-just like how each student brings something special to their own classroom family! ❤️🍬

Congratulations to Ms. Cindy on her well-deserved retirement! She has been serving Scott County students breakfast and lunch for 22 years, and Lexington Elementary has been blessed to have her with us for close to 10 years. We'll miss seeing her smile everyday and wish her the best! ❤️
