Special Olympics Kentucky Summer Games is coming up in just over a month, and we are looking for volunteers to help with our Healthy Athletes 🍎 and Strong Minds 🧠 tables.

This is one of our largest events of the year, and we cannot be successful without your help!

Volunteers do not need any experience. All we ask is that you bring energy and a 😃 and we will provide a brief training 👩‍🏫 prior to the event!

Tackling Non-Emergency 911 Calls: College of Social Work Partners With Lexington Fire Department The Lexington Fire Department and students from the UK College of Social Work have partnered in a pilot program to tackle the issue of non-emergency calls bombarding the 911 emergency system.

Today we volunteered at God's Pantry Food Bank for their annual ! People from all over the community of Lexington helped box thousands of Thanksgiving dinners for families that would not have a family dinner cooked by themselves without God's Pantry. Thank you God's Pantry and the many other organizations helping to alleviate hunger!
