Welcome Day for Shining Star Preschool is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the preschool, located in the First United Methodist Church, 201 E 8th Street.
The first day of preschool for the Monday-Wednesday-Friday classes is Wednesday, September 9. The first day for the Tuesday-Thursday class is Thursday, September 10.
We look forward to seeing you as we begin a new preschool year together!

Shining Star Preschool has a few spots left for our Monday-Wednesday-Friday afternoon class for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This class meets from 12:30-3 p.m. and is designed for 4-5 year olds and kindergarten-bound children. This is late, but our Shining Star Preschool Easter egg hunt was fun for all three classes! Thanks to the Lexington First United Methodist Woman for the Easter baskets and filling our eggs with candy! And thanks for Brother Elmer reading to the Tuesday/Thursday class so I could go play Easter bunny and hide eggs. ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️
