MTI is grateful to Ms. Wiline Pierre-Toussant (Cosmetology) for serving as Team MA's first-ever Postsecondary Voting Delegate! Over the course of 5 days, delegates conduct business regarding the future of SkillsUSA, and elect the National Officer Team.
We thank Wiline for her dedication to this role, and her gracious and elegant representation of her school and state association.
