Every student on our floor needs someone who's already walked the walk. That's what an instructor is. If you've got game knowledge sitting in your head that dies with your career — bring it here. It's worth more than you think. DM "TEACH" or hit the link in bio. Lexington, KY.

Who qualifies for BBI's instructor team? Master barbers with 2+ years in the field — OR licensed barbers who stepped away from cutting but never stopped loving this industry. Your license still counts. What you need: work ethic, patience, drive. What you DON'T need: to quit your chair. One day a week. DM "TEACH" or hit the link in bio to apply. Limited spots. Lexington, KY.

07/18/2026

Barbers ask us: "Why would I teach when I make more cutting?" Fair question. Here's the answer: we're not asking you to leave your chair. One day a week here, six days wherever you cut. What you get: a state license most barbers will never hold, a resume that outlives your hands, and a seat on a team building the future of this craft in Kentucky. The license is the leverage. DM "TEACH" or hit the link in bio. Lexington, KY.

Most barbers don't know this: you literally CANNOT get a Kentucky instructor license on your own. The state requires 400 hours inside a licensed barber school — and BBI is that school. We're selecting experienced barbers to earn their license while teaching with us, part-time, chair income untouched. 📲 DM "TEACH" or hit the link in bio to apply. Limited spots. 📍Lexington, KY
