All extension technology initiatives - deployment, policy development, on site training and consulting of IT products/services. We rely on the Bomgar remote appliance for all remote support. Bomgar simplifies support within the Extension IT team by letting our support specialist control remote workstations, servers, Smart-phone's and network devices over the Internet. This appliance has helped our IT unit decrease on-site visits, eliminate phone support, and respond effectively to peaks in demand. Resolution of more incidents at the first tier on the first call, translates into a efficient IT team.
