Keep cool as a cucumber on pool days!

Pool days are great days for sharing healthy options with your children. Take a cooler stocked with fruits and veggies (in addition to being packed full of nutrients, they help keep up hydration while out in the sun.) Fiber-rich foods like apples and carrots are great for keeping kids fueled!

And, don't forget the sunscreen.
