Another summer has FLOWN by! It's hard to believe that school starts next week! A few important dates/reminders from PTO:

📚Stop by the library during open house on 8/11 to get a FREE book!
🌟First PTO meeting of the year is 9/3 at 6 pm in the library. Anybody is welcome!
🏃‍♀️FUN RUN 9/25 at 5 pm at Keller Park. More info coming soon!
🍎Stay tuned for a Stock the Fridge sign up to kick off the school year for our amazing teachers and staff!
🙋There will be many opportunities throughout the year to volunteer! We will reach out when needed!

🎒 Back-to-School Physicals & Immunizations Event!

🩺Lexington families, getting ready for the upcoming school year just got a whole lot easier! The McLean Mobile Health Clinic, in partnership with Carle Health, Chestnut Health, and McLean County United Way, is hosting a convenient two-day event to help students get their required school physicals and vaccines. This event is open to families from any school district. We want to make sure everyone can take advantage of this resource, so please feel free to share this post with staff, students, and families throughout our district and the broader Lexington community!

Didn’t want to miss giving a HUGE shoutout to our amazing Pre-K parents for spoiling our staff right before summer break! ☀️🥤💛

Last week they stocked the staff fridge with drinks and goodies to help teachers power through those final busy days before dismissal on Tuesday. Such a thoughtful way to celebrate and support our staff!

We are so thankful for the kindness, generosity, and love our school community shows all year long. Pre-K families — you are appreciated! 👏🍎

It was Taco Tuesday for our amazing staff! 🌮

As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, the PTO treated teachers and staff to a taco & nacho bar from Moe's Southwest Grill complete with all the toppings, chips, queso, and treats!
