Meyer was visited by Edutopia, an organization created by the George Lucas Educational Foundation. Edutopia searches for innovative, replicable, and evidence-based programs and practices in K-12 education. Meyer Elementary is now featured on Edutopia's website, under the Schools That Work section. Meyer was featured for our RTI programming and our use of technology to support student learning.

Meyer Elementary is within the Croswell-Lexington Community Schools District. Meyer is recognized by the State of Michigan as a REWARD School and a Beating the Odds School. Meyer has also been recognized as a National Title I Distinguished School for exceptional student performance for two or more years.
