What an incredible time we had at our Girls Basketball “Compete with Joy” Team Camp! 🏀✨

From day one, the gym was full of energy, excitement, and a passion to grow. It was so much fun watching our campers develop their basketball fundamentals while also learning something even more important, the power of encouragement and teamwork.

Throughout the camp, these girls showed what it means to uplift one another, celebrate each other, and compete with joy in every moment. 💙

Whether basketball continues to be part of their journey or not, the lessons learned here go far beyond the court. Learning to lean on one another, build each other up, and live out the calling to encourage and empower others as Christ teaches us is something they can carry into every area of life. We are so proud of this group and grateful for the memories made! 🙌

We’re thrilled to welcome Ava Fluharty as our Dance Team Clinic guest choreographer! 💃✨

Ava brings over 14 years of competitive dance experience, training at Traci Stone’s Dance with strong versatility in ballet, jazz, and hip hop. She is currently a senior member of the Morehead State Dance Team! We can’t wait to see the creativity, energy, and inspiration she brings to our dancers!

Our campers brought the same energy on the final night as they did on night one — and it made for an unforgettable experience! We had an awesome time growing together, learning what it truly means to have strong character, and encouraging one another every step of the way. 🙌

To top it all off, we were honored to have some special guests join us — big shoutout to Kenny Minchey, Willie Rodriguez, and Saxton Howard for stopping by and pouring into our campers! How cool is it that Saxton Howard is an LCA alum?

Campers, as you head out from here, don’t forget:

What a summer it’s been so far! 🎉

Our athletics camps have been absolutely awesome! From day one, we’ve had a blast getting to know each other, building new friendships, and growing together on and off the field/court.

We’ve been working hard learning the fundamentals of the game 🏆 — but even more importantly, we’ve been sharing laughs, encouraging one another, and enjoying true fellowship every step of the way. 🙌

And guess what… we’re not done yet! More athletics camps are just around the corner, and we can’t wait to keep the fun going all summer long! ☀️

What an incredible start to our Character Matters Camp!

This non-contact camp is all about building strong fundamentals on the field and even stronger character off of it. Our campers had the opportunity to hear from coaches and players who emphasized a powerful message: who you are matters more than what you can do.
The key theme of the night centered on this truth — developing strong character will shape your future, no matter what God’s plan is for your life. 💪

We’re proud of the energy, focus, and heart shown by every camper. Get ready for another incredible night!

We’re off to a STRONG start at LCA Soccer Camp! ⚽

From skill development to competitive play, our campers are bringing the energy and leveling up every day! With zones tailored for all ages, technical training and tournaments for our older campers, and adventurous, story-driven fun for our younger group, there’s something for everyone! 🙌

Huge shoutout to our Varsity & JV players and coaches for leading the way and pouring into the next generation! Let’s keep growing, competing, and bringing that Eagle Attitude!
