🌎✈️ Destination: Math Mastery! ✖️➗

We are so proud of our students who accepted the Multiplication Passport Challenge this summer! These Patriots worked hard to practice and master their multiplication facts 0–12, then returned from summer break ready to put those skills to the test.

After completing their passports, students had to pass a timed multiplication fluency test to earn their ticket to the VIP Lunch! 🎟️🌟

On friday we celebrated their hard work and dedication with a special VIP lunch from Texas Roadhouse, complete with balloons, cake, and plenty of smiles! 🎈🍽️🎂

👏 Way to work hard over the summer and continue building those math fluency skills! Your commitment paid off, Patriots!

❤️💙 We are so proud of you! Passport stamped: MATH MASTERY! 🌎✈️➕✖️

🚲❤️ Safety First! 💙🚲

Officer Rocky takes her job of keeping our students safe very seriously—even when it comes to our newest set of wheels! 🚓➡️🚲

Before our students took our brand-new tricycles for a spin, Officer Rocky made sure they were safe, secure, and ready to roll! These new trikes were purchased with funds raised through our Fun Run, and we are so excited for our students to enjoy them!

Thank you, Officer Rocky, for always looking out for our students—and thank you to our school community for helping make exciting additions like these possible! ❤️🤍💙

⭐ STAR OF THE WEEK: MRS. SANDRONI! ⭐

We are excited to celebrate Mrs. Sandroni, one of our amazing PE teachers, as this week’s Star of the Week! ❤️🤍💙

Mrs. Sandroni is always willing to jump in, take initiative, and help wherever she is needed. Her energy, teamwork, and dedication make our school a better place each day!

🌟 A special part of our Star of the Week tradition: Each week, the current Star passes the honor along by choosing the next Star of the Week—recognizing a colleague they see making a difference in our school!

Congratulations, Mrs. Sandroni! ⭐ We can’t wait to see who you choose next!

🎤 Rounding with a RAP! 🎶➕➖

Ms. Rumples’ 4th-grade class is making math memorable! Students learned a catchy rounding rap to help them remember the rules and apply them with confidence. 🔢🎵

This fun strategy supports our South Carolina 4th-grade math standard as students use their understanding of place value to round multi-digit whole numbers up to 1,000,000 to any place.

When learning has a beat, those math skills stick! 🌟👏

🎶 Learning History Through Music & Movement! 💃🕺

Bleifield’s class stepped back in time as they participated in a traditional play-party dance called “Draw Me a Bucket of Water.” 🇺🇸

Play-parties were common social gatherings during America’s frontier days, where young people came together to enjoy games that combined singing, clapping, and dancing.

What a fun way to bring history to life through music and movement! ❤️🤍💙
