As we enter a heat wave and heat advisories, please keep an eye on your emails if you are registered for class this week! 📧 In case of class cancellation, emails will be sent and credits for class will be placed on accounts for future use!

We take our athlete safety extremely seriously when the temperatures are high, and follow the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration heat index chart to make sure that our athletes are safe to stunt and tumble during high heat!

The bag carriers. The early-morning drivers. The hair-holding, snack-buying, music-blasting, cheer dads who somehow end up carrying half the gym on their shoulders.

Thank you for every mile driven, every weekend sacrificed, every hug after a tough performance, and every celebration after a great one. Your support, dedication, and love help our athletes chase their dreams.
