Kevin Thompson is excited to join the Summit Christian Academy family as the new Middle School Bible and 7th and 8th Grade Literature teacher . He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation from Multnomah Biblical Seminary.

Kevin and his family have been part of the Summit community for many years, and his son will be in the 1st grade this year. Last school year, Kevin enjoyed leading Summit's after-school Lego Club, where he loved building relationships with students through creativity and fun. He is passionate about helping young people grow in their knowledge of God's Word, develop a strong foundation for their faith, and discover how the Bible applies to everyday life. He is looking forward to getting to know the students and families of Summit Christian Academy this school year!

My family is deeply rooted in ministry—my husband, Adam, serves in full-time ministry, and our four children have loved being Summit students for several years. Outside of school and church, our family enjoys gardening, exploring new hiking trails, spending summers in Alaska, and cooking multi-cultural meals.

I am so excited to get to know your students and look forward to an amazing year ahead!”

☀️ What an amazing summer we have had at Summit Christian Academy's Summer Camp!

Our campers enjoyed a summer full of fun, laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories. From exciting activities and games to creative projects and new friendships, every day is filled with opportunities to grow and make lasting memories.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for making this camp such a success. Most of all, thank you to our amazing campers for bringing so much energy and joy each day!

We hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the summer, and we can't wait to see all of our students back at Summit Christian Academy soon. 💙
