STEAM Academy of FCPS
Students tackle high school concepts at very high levels, all through the lens of authentic, It will not be an interactive environment right away.
STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics - is the broad umbrella for how the curriculum in this new "innovation zone" program is organized. This page will initially be a place for administrators and teachers to post content for students and parents: upcoming events, photos, field trips, etc. The page will eventually evolve into a place where families and school personnel can interact.

Merlene Davis: 500 free birdhouses are gifts from artists who reflected on concept of 'home' Before most of us wake up on Friday, Transylvania University professors, students and community members will place 500 bird houses in north and east Lexington at unnamed locations. They are free to anyone lucky enough to find one.

Our students are in need of the items mentioned below for their J-Term projects. Items can be brought to the office.
These items are needed starting 1st of next week
The students need aluminum soda cans, empty
They also need small jars with screw on lids for mixing and keeping paint in. We have primary colors they will be making their own colors for some of their projects
