What a year it has been! ๐ŸŒŸ As we officially wrap up the school year, we want to take a moment to look back at some of the incredible memories and events that made this year so incredibly special for our Meyer Elementary family.

From the very beginning, our community showed up with so much energy and heart. Here are just a few of the highlights:

๐Ÿ“– Literacy on the Lawn: Sprawling out in the sunshine with our favorite books and sharing the simple joy of reading together.

๐Ÿ Fall Festival: All the laughter, games, and autumn fun that brought our families together.

โค๏ธ Veterans Day Assembly: A beautiful, heartwarming morning where our students honored our local heroes with songs and immense gratitude.

๐ŸŒ™ Family Reading Night: Watching our hallways transform into a cozy haven for book lovers, proving that reading is always better together. It was a "magical" night!

โ˜€๏ธ End-of-Year Fun: Wrapping it all up with unforgettable field trips, the high-energy excitement of Field Day, and all of our special end-of-year festivities!

๐Ÿš€ A Special Farewell to Our 4th Graders! ๐Ÿš€
As we look back, we also want to look forward and send a huge shout-out to our amazing 4th-grade class. You are officially moving on to the middle school next year! We are so incredibly proud of the leaders, helpers, and friends you have become. While we will miss seeing you in these hallways, but we know you are going to do wonderful things in your next chapter. Go shine bright! ๐ŸŽ“โœจ

To all of our phenomenal students: thank you for working hard, being kind, and bringing so much joy into our classrooms every single day. To our families and staff: thank you for your endless support, teamwork, and love. We truly could not do this without you.

Have a safe, fun, and wonderfully relaxing summer break! We can't wait to see those smiling faces back in the fall. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ๐Ÿ“š

โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰ Field Day Fun! ๐ŸŽ‰โ˜€๏ธ

Last Friday, our students enjoyed an incredible Field Day filled with laughter, teamwork, friendly competition, and lots of fun! From races and obstacle courses to water activities and games, it was a wonderful day for our students to celebrate the end of a successful school year together.

A huge thank you goes out to Mr. Bongard and our staff, MJHS volunteers, and families who helped make the day such a success. Events like these would not be possible without the support of our amazing school community.

We hope you enjoy these photos capturing the smiles, excitement, and memories made throughout the day. ๐Ÿ“ธ

What a COLORFUL day! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Weโ€™re excited to share photos from our PTO Color Run! A huge thank you to our talented photographer for capturing the smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories made throughout this amazing event.

This event would not have been possible without the incredible support of our Parent-Teacher Organization, dedicated volunteers, staff members, and families who helped make the day such a success. Most importantly, thank you to our participants for bringing the energy, enthusiasm, and school spirit that made the event so much fun!

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our generous sponsors whose support helped make this event possible:

โญ Woodruffโ€™s Sign, Thumb Bank and Trust, Gielowโ€™s Pickles, Lexington Lions Club, Sweetwaterโ€™s, Sheridan Real Estate, JEG Home Design, Amber Sutter, CL Spirit, Lexingtonโ€™s Lakeside A&W, Thumb Fusion, Rebel Soda, and American Snow Way

Please take a moment to support these businesses and organizations that invest in our students and school community.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, donated, and cheered on our runners. We are grateful for such a supportive school community and are already looking forward to next yearโ€™s Color Run!
