This past weekend, Sigma Nu Fraternity proudly hosted its fourth modern-day Staff Reunion, welcoming more than 130 current and former staff members, along with their families and friends, to Lexington, Virginia.
The reunion brought together Sigma Nu staff from across generations, a powerful testament to the enduring bonds formed through service to the Fraternity. Festivities included a Meet and Greet reception, opportunities to explore Lexington and the surrounding Rockbridge County, and a special evening at The Rock featuring a campus tour, fellowship reception, and dinner.
A highlight of the weekend was the all-attendee group photo in front of The Rock, capturing the spirit and legacy of the Sigma Nu staff family. Guests also had the opportunity to learn more about upcoming campus improvements made possible through the Mighty Oaks Campaign, as well as revisit cherished memories through a decades-spanning photo slideshow.
The Fraternity extends a hearty Hi Rickety to all current and former staff in attendance and expresses sincere gratitude for their dedication and service to the Legion of Honor. The weekend served as a meaningful reminder of the friendships, shared experiences, and lifelong connections that define Sigma Nu’s staff brotherhood.

The Spring 2026 issue of The Delta magazine is now available! Read the compelling cover story by Ellen Carmichael of the Lafayette Group examining how Sigma Nu is answering America's call for young men. The issue includes the Foundation's annual donor appreciation report and an in-depth interview with Sigma Nu’s 69th Regent, Brother Steve Ratterman (Indiana).
This edition marks the magazine’s first major redesign since Spring 2011 and represents a thoughtful evolution of Sigma Nu’s flagship publication. Partnering once again with Tria Designs, the Fraternity undertook the redesign to better reflect the modern Sigma Nu brand while strengthening The Delta as a storytelling platform for the Fraternity and its members, all guided by the magazine’s longstanding purpose of cultivating “a love of our Fraternity.”
The redesigned magazine introduces a more refined and contemporary editorial aesthetic while drawing inspiration from Sigma Nu’s rich history and traditions. Bold typography, vibrant accent colors, custom illustrations, and dynamic photography combine with visual elements inspired by past editions of The Delta to create a publication that feels both timeless and modern. The result is a cleaner, more engaging reading experience designed to stand alongside today’s premier alumni and lifestyle magazines.
The redesign also reimagines how content is organized and presented, including refreshed sections such as “Reflections” and “Dispatches,” alongside a greater emphasis on feature-driven storytelling and visually engaging content that highlights the impact and experiences of Sigma Nu brothers.

Brothers from the Zeta Chi Chapter at the University of Houston have rallied in support of alumnus Brother Jerome “YoJ” Ronquillo as he courageously battles pancreatic cancer. Through the combined efforts of the active chapter, alumni chapter, Cavalier Cookers, and countless generous supporters, the chapter raised more than $38,000 in net proceeds to assist with Jerome’s medical care and quality-of-life needs during treatment. More importantly, the effort served as a powerful reminder that no brother fights alone, as the “YoJ Army” continues to stand faithfully beside him throughout his journey.
