The Study Hub

Welcome to The Study Hub! We're glad you're here. The Study Hub provides services to support UK students' academic success.

Located in The Study, Academic Enhancement provides academic programs and services for all University of Kentucky students, faculty, and staff. Its centralized services—including peer tutoring, classes, and seminars—promote effective learning strategies and enhance the academic experiences of UK students. Academic Enhancement's free Peer Tutoring Program offers drop-in group tutoring in over 30 courses. The goal is to enhance students' academic experiences through collaborative learning, peer-to peer support, and an energetic, scholarly atmosphere. This free service is available to all University of Kentucky students, and no appointments are necessary. Academic Enhancement also provides Individual Academic Consultations to all UK students, faculty, and staff at no cost. Consultation topics may include any or all of the following: study skills, time management, critical reading strategies, exam preparation, academic stress management, and more. The Study also offers programs to the public, including placement testing for incoming undergraduate students. For more information about the resources provided by Academic Enhancement or to take advantage of these opportunities, please visit our website: www.uky.edu/ae.
