Senior Spotlight: Jackson Coomes 🎓

Jackson has attended Veritas for five years. After graduation, he plans to pursue real estate investment while attending trade school to become an electrician.

His favorite Bible verse is Psalm 91:1-2 (NIV): "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'”

One of Jackson’s favorite memories with his classmates was their trip to Universal Studios, especially riding the VelociCoaster together.

Senior Spotlight: Joshua Strong 🎓

Joshua has attended Veritas for two years. After graduation, he plans to earn a degree in business. His favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 12:11 (NIV): "No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it."

"My favorite memory as a Veritas student would have to be all the basketball games and hanging out at tournaments and getting food after games and just all the fellowship with my brothers on the team throughout the season." -Joshua Strong

Senior Spotlight: Hayes Davidson 🎓

Hayes Davidson has attended Veritas for four years. His favorite Bible verse is Romans 5:3-5 (ESV) "Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us."

After graduation, Hayes plans to study finance at the University of Kentucky and pursue a career as a fiduciary.

His favorite memories with his classmates include times when they played sports and worked out together.

Senior Spotlight: Nathan Maggart 🎓

Nathan has attended Veritas for 10 years. His favorite Bible verse is Mark 10:43 (NASB) "But it is not this way among you, but whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant;"

Nathan plans to attend Asbury University this fall, where he will also join the AU basketball team.

Senior Spotlight: Xiomara Quintero 🎓

Xiomara has attended Veritas for 4 years. Her favorite Bible verse is Revelation 3:20 (NLT) “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends."

Xiomara's plans for the future are to earn a bachelor’s degree in pre-public health and a nursing degree within the next four years. After completing her education, she hopes to work as a pediatric nurse and help children from all backgrounds receive the opportunities and care they deserve.

Xiomara's favorite memory with the class was during the senior trip, when everyone went outside one night and sat on the floor talking together. They did not care about how late it was, the bugs, or anything else. They simply sat there and talked for two hours. That moment brought them much closer together and created memories they will never forget.

Senior Spotlight: Tyler Hunter 🎓

Tyler has attended Veritas for two years. Her favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:16 (NLT): "Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts."

Tyler plans to attend Murray State University to study child psychology and will soon begin working in a hospital.

Tyler's favorite memory of her class was the senior trip and swimming in the ocean with Emmy.
