We are doing some traditional sports, outdoor games, running, cycling, adventure, hiking and swimming. There are two weeks remaining: June 20-24 and August 8-12!

We completed stations Stations and Circuit training last night! We also taught mechanics and injury prevention and completed a successful workout! Healthy DOMS is all over Lexington today. Nice work campers!
