🌍 This One Day for UK, help students go global. Service-learning in global health “fosters deep learning, meaningful engagement, and intercultural humility that is difficult to simulate in a classroom,” says Dr. Hartley Feld, PhD, MSN.

Through the Go Global Education Abroad Fund, students gain hands-on experiences that shape their worldview, build empathy, and help them realize they truly belong in global healthcare spaces. As Dr. Feld shares, “Having access to these opportunities is key to shaping our worldview, developing empathy, and building solidarity with our communities.”

Congratulations to Dr. Andrew Makowski and Dr. Treven Back on their 1st place winning poster at the American Psychiatric Nurses Association Conference! The poster is titled “Family-Based Treatment for Adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa.”

Join us in celebrating Matt Eubank BSN, RN, a beacon of excellence, empathy, and service in the healthcare world. Not only is he an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate, but also a dedicated 1st Lieutenant in the Kentucky National Guard positively impacting future nurses in our community.
