🚀⭐ WE’RE READY FOR LIFTOFF!

Today, our Yates Family geared up for a fantastic new school year! We reviewed all the important things, welcomed our newest Family Members, and made sure we’re ready for our Wildcats to walk through those doors tomorrow! 💚💛

And who says learning can’t be fun and engaging?! We tackled the district checklist Kagan-style—with collaboration, movement, laughter, and LOTS of learning! Because at Yates, we believe the best learning happens when we learn together.

There was so much energy in the building today, and I couldn’t be more proud of this team. “You’ve got a friend in me” has never felt more true. 💚💛

Tomorrow, our Wildcats return, and our adventure officially begins!🚀✨

💚💛 Our newest Wildcats are officially part of the Yates Family!

What a magical first K Day! We loved welcoming all of our amazing new families—and seeing some familiar faces from former Wildcats we’ve had the honor of knowing before. There were so many smiles, excited little faces, and new friendships beginning!

And our Kindergarten Signing Event was the sweetest! 🥹💚💛 Watching our newest Wildcats proudly sign their names and officially become part of the Yates Family was such a special moment. We can’t wait to watch them grow, learn, and make memories with us!

Our newest Wildcats did an amazing job, and we are already counting down the days until we get to see them again! 🚀

A HUGE thank you to our incredible Kindergarten Team for creating such a welcoming and exciting experience for our newest students and families. We are so lucky to have you!

💚💛 Another day of learning, growing, and going above and beyond for our Wildcats!🐾✨

Today, our Yates team had an incredible day collaborating with CKEC’s Kim Hinton and Mary Ruth Hertweck as we dove into all things co-teaching! 📚🤝 We are so grateful for this partnership and the opportunity to strengthen our practice so that every student gets exactly what they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

At Yates, we believe the best adventures happen when we work together—and today was a great reminder that every member of the team has an important part to play in our students’ story.⭐️

We’re not just getting ready for a new school year… we’re getting ready to make it our best adventure yet!🚀💚💛

Tonight was everything we hoped it would be! Our Back to School event was filled with smiles, hugs, laughter, and the sweetest reunions. It truly felt like a family coming back together, and our hearts are so full!

These are just a few of the special moments from tonight, but they happened all across our school. We are incredibly blessed to be part of a school with such an amazing culture and the most supportive families. Our students are the reason we do what we do, and we can't wait to welcome them back!

The countdown is on—August 12 is almost here! 🚀 As Buzz Lightyear would say, "To infinity and beyond!" Here's to another year of learning, growing, and making unforgettable memories together.

Today, our incredible Yates Paraeducators returned for professional learning as we prepare for another exciting adventure! They are the helping hands, caring hearts, and everyday heroes who make a difference in the lives of our Wildcats.

Just like every great adventure needs an amazing team, Yates is better because of each of them. We are so thankful for the love, patience, encouragement, and support they give our students every single day.
