On Saturday, April 22nd, we marked Earth Day 2023 by embarking on a Mushroom Walk Event at Shaker Village. Shaker Village, located roughly 37 minutes away from Lexington, boasts a nature preserve of its own, with numerous picturesque trails to discover. During our hike, we received valuable insights on mushrooms from our graduate student, Megan Buland, for which we extend our sincere appreciation.
