Captain Tyler Ryan is a United States Coast Guard licensed Master Boat Captain, and Nationally Certified Power Boat Instructor based on Lake Murray, South Carolina. From amazing experiences on the water, learning about the amazing history of "Miss Murray," spending a lazy day on one of the many beaches accessed only by boat, to checking out some of the amazing real estate, you will love the feelin

Captain Tyler has been in around the water his whole life, growing up in the lakes of New Hampshire and Vermont, several years in Charleston, playing up and down the Intracoastal Waterway, and then to The Midlands of South Carolina on Lake Murray. Captain Tyler is also an avid water sports fan, and operates AquaFun Paddle, which rents kayaks and standup paddle boards. He is an instructor for both, as well. In addition to charters and tours Captain Tyler provides hands-on boat instruction to new boaters, and even serves as an Adjunct Professor in the University of South Carolina's Physical Education Program, teaching boating and sailing to USC students. He also leads jet ski tours and instruction. Captain Tyler holds a United States Coast Guard Boat Charter Captain License.
