Martha Horseman with the Kentucky Transportation Center’s Technology Transfer Program (T2) recently presented at the Kentucky League of Cities Risk & Safety Conference at the Owensboro Convention Center, providing an update on work zone standards in the 11th Edition of the MUTCD.

Thank you to the Kentucky League of Cities for hosting a great event focused on improving safety for communities across the Commonwealth.
