Martha Horseman with the Kentucky Transportation Center’s Technology Transfer Program (T2) recently presented at the Kentucky League of Cities Risk & Safety Conference at the Owensboro Convention Center, providing an update on work zone standards in the 11th Edition of the MUTCD.
