Coventry Oak Families-

We are so excited to welcome our students in grades 1-5 to COE tomorrow! Please read the important Open House information below. ​We can't wait to see everyone soon!

1. Registration will not be open during the Open House event. If you have a student who needs to be registered, please call 859-422-0008 to make an appointment with our registrar. To be registered for open house, you must do this by Noon!
2. All families will enter through the main entrance of COE. Students must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while in the building.
3. If your student is going to be a car rider, please visit the cafeteria for a car rider tag before going to the classroom.
4. Families can choose to purchase dinner and ice cream from Panchitos Ice Cream Truck and La Choco y El Rorro Tacos Callejeros. They will be set up outside throughout Open House. All food and ice cream must remain outside.
5. Kindergarten classrooms will not be open for this event.
6. ​Our school nurse will be accepting ​medications from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
