🌱 In Deep Gratitude We Remember Dr. Elaine Ingham 🌱
Today the conservation and regenerative agriculture community pauses to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Elaine Ingham — a true pioneer whose work forever changed how we understand the living world beneath our feet.
Through her development of the Soil Food Web concept, Dr. Ingham helped farmers, ranchers, and land stewards around the world recognize that soil is not simply dirt — it is a dynamic, living ecosystem. Her science empowered practical action. Her passion inspired a movement. Her voice challenged conventional thinking and gave countless producers the confidence to rebuild soil health from the ground up.
We extend our deepest respect and gratitude for her dedication, her courage in advancing biological science, and her unwavering belief that restoring soil restores communities.
Her legacy lives on in every pasture managed with intention, every farm rebuilding organic matter, and every steward who sees soil as life.
Thank you, Dr. Ingham. 🌿
