You sit in a training room with 20 to 30 people. One trainer for every ten of you. By the time you leave, you are wondering what you actually learned. Can you even replicate it back at work?
Dr. Victor Enoh lived that experience. He trained seriously. He learned from the best. And he decided that if he was going to build a training center, he would do it differently. That is why every session at Texas Airway Institute holds a maximum of six people. Hands-on. One on one. Built around your mastery, not the crowd.
Master the skill. Lead with confidence. Online and in-person training available. Because airway matters.

Standard IV technique works most of the time. Ultrasound-guided IV works when it does not.
Dehydrated patients. Chronic illness. Obesity. Prior access damage. These are the cases where blind technique wastes time and increases patient discomfort. Ultrasound guidance gives you real-time vein visualization, depth confirmation, and placement precision that surface assessment alone cannot provide. Both skills matter. Standard technique builds your baseline. Ultrasound thinking builds your range.

Another airway training done. Here is what was built..
Providers worked through airway evaluation, bag-mask ventilation, adjunct placement, and intubation technique with hands-on repetition in every session. Not slides. Not passive instruction. Real practice with direct feedback until the skill felt automatic. Airway confidence does not come from reading about it. It comes from doing it until your hands know what to do before your mind catches up.

Revisiting foundational airway skills is not a step back. It is a standard.
Airway assessment gets assumed, not practiced, the longer you are in clinical practice. Bag-mask ventilation technique drifts without structured repetition. Emergency sequence clarity breaks down when real cases do not follow the textbook order. These three skills sit at the foundation of every airway emergency. Gaps in any one of them show up when conditions are worst.

Airway management is not one skill. It is a learning path.
It starts with basic airway positioning and opens into airway adjuncts, mask ventilation technique, capnography interpretation, difficult airway logic, and advanced clinical decision-making under pressure. Every level builds on the one before it. Skipping foundational skills creates gaps that show up at the worst possible moment. Where you start depends on where you are right now.
