DeLay Middle School Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) organization that fundraises to help band instructors pay for music & supplies, clinicians, contest entry fees, transportation costs, and other team-building events that enhance our students' love of music.

We are so very, very proud of the DeLay Honor Band. They earned straight 1s (highest ratings possible) from ALL judges yesterday at their UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation! Their hard work and dedication have definitely paid off! Way to go Honor Band!!

We are so incredibly happy for the members of the DeLay Symphonic Band. Yesterday at their UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation, they earned 1s (highest rating possible) from all three concert judges and 1s from sightreading judges! This is called "Sweepstakes" and it is a BIG DEAL! Congratulations to everyone for their amazing hard work and dedication to the DeLay Bands!

What a week! All-District auditions, All-Region auditions, our fall concert, DeLay Harvestfest performance, and more! More photos to come, but in the meantime, please enjoy some pictures from our fall concert.
We had an AMAZING time Friday at The Cove! Our kids were well-behaved and had a blast! A huge “Thank You” to the parents who took time out of their day to volunteer as chaperones on our trip.

We are very excited to welcome the new Assistant Band Director to DeLay - Mr. Edwards! He went to Lamar Middle School and Marcus High School here in Lewisville. He just graduated from Oklahoma State in May and he is very excited to get started at DeLay. We are looking forward to an amazing year for the DeLay Bands! Welcome Mr. Edwards!
