Earn While You Learn Programs are for legal residents, H4, H4 EAD, GC, NJHS scholar students, university enrolled students and students enrolled in Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International’s annual programs. It is compulsory at all times to maintain this status.

Texas all star talents does not operate for any other visa, at all.

It is explicitly mentioned on website.

It is not for outsiders (at all) as it benefits these category of immigration status holders & for students.

Contract breaches upon any immigration fraud, failure to maintain status, failure to report regularly on immigration status and when not followed, it triggers breach of contract law as it then becomes violation of federal law itself.

Enrollment is required at all times to be part of it.

Hetal Nagaraj supervises in classes for all of Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj. It is mandatory to follow the task as assigned and must be completed just as asked.

Without supervision, it is not allowed means it is not.

Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj will be for citizens in their respective countries only.

This is to make task lists easy as per immigration policies of each country.

Certain tasks as per immigration policies for non-citizens are not permitted or are rather restricted as per visa & this makes it extremely difficult to delegate work within the program.

Thus, we hope that this decision will make Ms Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International’s life easy to keep track of “legal” status & permitted activities within status.
Ms Hetal Nagaraj as usual will personally oversee this program and exclusively as well.

This decision is based on recent experiences multiple crime (theft, fraud, breach of contract & immigration status fraud, code of conduct & those were deliberate) by Sa**mya.

Nonetheless, program is paused until further notice as Ms Hetal is busy in some personal repair work (those too were stalled from 2021).

Upon opening, this will be the path.
